Be Well: Beach Breeze and Frozen Treats (Elgin)

  • Main Beach, Port Stanley 162 William Street Port Stanley, Ontario, N5L 1E4 Canada (map)

Facilitated by: Strive & The Chill Cycle Ice Cream Company

Join us for another ”Be Well” event, where we explore and reflect on all areas of self-care and personal wellness, from the emotional to the psychological, to the social, physical, and professional too.

Enjoy an evening on the beach - the perfect way to unwind and relax. We’ll be meeting at Mackie’s, grabbing a frozen treat from Chill Cycle and taking a stroll along the shore. You can look forward to an evening of conversations, connection, and beach treasure hunting.

What to bring: Beach appropriate footwear, and layers to be prepared for an evening breeze at the shore.
