Join us for another ”Be Well” event, where we explore and reflect on all areas of self-care and personal wellness, from the emotional to the psychological, to the social, physical, and professional too.

Enjoy an evening on the beach - the perfect way to unwind and relax. We’ll be meeting at Mackie’s, grabbing a frozen treat from Chill Cycle and taking a stroll along the shore. You can look forward to an evening of conversations, connection, and beach treasure hunting.

What to bring: Beach appropriate footwear, and layers to be prepared for an evening breeze at the shore.

Chill Cycle is a mobile ice cream cart serving St Thomas and surrounding areas, bringing a touch of nostalgia and sweetness to every event. We’re all about creating fun, memorable moments with our pre-packaged ice cream treats and sno cones — fast to serve, easy to enjoy, and loved by guests of all ages.
