Pedagogy isn’t a program, it’s a living part of who we are as educators. It grows with experience, research, reflection, and the diverse learners in front of us.
In this session, we explore the many faces of pedagogy and how educators can intentionally shape their own approach in ways that feel authentic, responsive, and grounded in professional judgement. Together, we look at how values guide decisions, how curriculum is interpreted through personal lens, and how pedagogy evolves over time especially as we learn more, try more, and reflect more.
This workshop invites educators to discover (or rediscover) their pedagogical identity, deepen their practice, share what works, explore new approaches, and build learning environments where both children and adults thrive.
Pedagogical Focuses: Belonging - Engagement - Expression - Well-being
Standards of Practice: Standard I: Caring and Responsive Relationships, Standard II: Curriculum and Pedagogy, Standard III: Safety, Health and Well-Being in the Learning Environment
