LONDON-MIDDLESEX: MENTORSHIP FOCUS GROUP

  • Strive (Hybrid) 265 Maitland Street London, ON, N6B 2Y3 Canada (map)

In response to the research conducted by the Community Animators in 2024, Strive has focused on developing responsive resources to support mentorship in the early years sector. Building on these collaborative conversations, we seek to understand the impact of these efforts and identify areas for further support.

Join us for this focus group as we examine the role of mentorship within our local early years community. Together, we will reflect on existing successes and challenges, explore areas where additional support may be needed, and gather valuable feedback to inform future initiatives.

This session provides an opportunity to share insights on our current mentorship resources and discuss the systems that shape mentorship within our sector. Your input will help guide the development of meaningful and sustainable support for early years professionals.
