MENTORSHIP CAFÉ

  • Goodwill Industries - Edgar and Joe's Cafe 255 Horton Street East London, ON, N6B 1L1 Canada (map)

Facilitated by: Kayla Paquette, HBA, RECE

In this session, we invite leaders and community members to come together for a warm, café-style gathering centered around mentorship. Over light refreshments, participants will have the opportunity to connect, network, and engage in meaningful dialogue about mentorship in the early years sector. We will begin as a large group to set the tone for the evening, followed by breakout conversations guided by thoughtful prompts and questions. These conversations will explore the many layers of mentorship—its challenges, its impact, and the relationships it nurtures.

Participants can expect to:

  •  Connect with others in leadership and community roles

  •  Reflect on personal and professional experiences with mentorship

  •  Share ideas, strategies, and stories in a relaxed and welcoming environment

  •  Leave with new connections and insights to support their ongoing mentorship journey
