Ally Scott (she/her) (left) is the manager of Strive and a Registered Early Childhood Educator with a BA in English Language and Literature from Western University. She also teaches part-time in the Early Childhood Education program at Fanshawe College. Ally brings well over a decade of experience in the early learning sector and for nearly eight years, she has been a key team member at Strive. At Strive, she is most proud of the collaborative and supportive team culture they’ve built. In addition to her professional roles, she is a dedicated mom to two young children—Mack (4) and Scottie (15 months)—who continuously inspire her work with children, families, and educators.

Kayla Paquette (she/her) (right) is a registered Early Childhood Educator. She graduated from Fanshawe College’s Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership program in 2019. Prior to this role, Kayla worked as a Pedagogical Mentor for a childcare and early years centre.
