Jamie Wagler (She/Her) is an RECE, OCT, educator, consultant, professor, and advocate with a strong focus on school-age care, educator well-being, leadership, and inclusive practice. Through Miss Jamie Consulting, Jamie supports educators and organizations in strengthening before-and-after school programs, summer camp experiences, team culture, and relationship-based approaches to working with children.

With experience across child care, school-age programs, post-secondary teaching, professional learning, and community leadership, Jamie brings a practical and passionate perspective to conversations about the value of school-age educators. Her work centres on helping educators feel seen, prepared, and respected while creating environments where children experience belonging, connection, and joy.
