With more than 20 years of experience in the early learning sector, Carla is passionate about helping educators create environments that support children's autonomy, play, and well-being. She is known for her practical, thought-provoking approach to topics such as YES Spaces, environment design, educator leadership, and child-led learning. Through speaking engagements, consulting, and her podcast, The Everything ECE Podcast, Carla supports educators in creating meaningful experiences for both children and the professionals who work alongside them.
