The Executive Director is responsible for providing leadership in all activities related to the successful operation and long-term sustainability of the organization by overseeing legislatively compliant, high-quality child care programs that position First Place Early Learning Centre INC. (First Place) as a community partner and model for child care.

The Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children within the Childcare Centre. The RECE will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate programs and activities that foster learning and development, supporting the emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of each child.

The Early Childhood Program Supervisor oversees the daily operations, management, and administration of the Child Care Centre within the Life Long Learning Division. This role ensures all services comply with legislated guidelines and align with the philosophy of the program.
