La personne dans ce rôle est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle du Centre ON y va situé dans l’école de l’Académie de la Tamise. Le poste crée et met en œuvre des programmes pour la petite enfance qui sont conformes à « Comment apprend-on? », et sert de ressource aux parents.
