La ribambelle, centre francophone de la petite enfance, est à la recherche d’un/e Superviseur/e du Centre ON y va à London. La personne dans ce rôle est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle du Centre ON y va situé dans l’école de l’Académie de la Tamise. Le poste crée et met en œuvre des programmes pour la petite enfance qui sont conformes à « Comment apprend-on? », et sert de ressource aux parents.

The Early Childhood Program Supervisor oversees the daily operations, management, and administration of the Child Care Centre within the Life Long Learning Division. This role ensures all services comply with legislated guidelines and align with the philosophy of the program.

This position is responsible for mentoring and supervising staff in the planning and implementation of a high quality, developmentally appropriate program that enhances children’s development in all domains and in accordance with program philosophies and legislation requirements. They act as a role model and provide an emotionally supportive environment with ongoing support and guidance. The position evaluates the program and staff, ensuring compliance with the Child Care & Early Years Act and OCCC program standards. This position requires frequent travel across Oxford County to School Age program locations.
