EYES Montessori London is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join their team as a Site Supervisor. This is an exciting leadership role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education.

This position is responsible for mentoring and supervising staff in the planning and implementation of a high quality, developmentally appropriate program that enhances children’s development in all domains and in accordance with program philosophies and legislation requirements. They act as a role model and provide an emotionally supportive environment with ongoing support and guidance. The position evaluates the program and staff, ensuring compliance with the Child Care & Early Years Act and OCCC program standards. This position requires frequent travel across Oxford County to School Age program locations.
